TRADITIONAL PIG PRODUCTION :
This is the most popular method of pig production in Ireland. All our traditionally produced pork and bacon comes from farmers who have signed up to a special Welfare Friendly Pig Scheme. This is a voluntary scheme where the farmers allow their animals to have greater freedom, higher fibre diets, longer weaning periods and stringent housing and hygiene criteria All farmers are independently audited to ensure all aspects of the scheme are adhered to. This also allows us to trace all products back to its unique farm of origin.
We produce a wide range of traditional pork and bacon products (over 60 different products), under own label for our retail customers.
